Hamilton County Leadership Academy (HCLA) Operations Coordinator

Are you a creative, organized, and driven people person who’s eager to learn? You’ll love the Hamilton County Leadership Academy (HCLA) Operations Coordinator role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use and grow skills in a wide variety of areas, such as social media, event planning and execution, data management, and much more. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with some of the most influential leaders in Hamilton County, including mayors, county commissioners, and non-profit leaders.
This position is ideal for anyone who wants to build a strong foundation for their career. You’ll report directly to the Executive Director and support them in carrying out HCLA’s mission to empower those who live and work in Hamilton County to positively impact our community.
Salary: $45,000
Work Environment & Physical Requirements: This position primarily operates in a standard office environment. Up to two days per week can be remote. Evening and weekend availability is required for events occasionally throughout the year. Some local travel is expected, and mileage is compensated. The role may involve light lifting (up to 25 lbs.) for event setup.

About HCLA: Established in 1991, HCLA is the premier leadership program in Hamilton County. Through education and connection, we empower those who live and work in the county to positively impact our community.
Our cornerstone is the Signature Program, an immersive, 10-month program that provides a deep dive into critically important community issues and an opportunity to build relationships with a wide variety of people who live and work in Hamilton County. Graduates of the signature program are knowledgeable, active leaders serving civic groups, not-for-profits, and government agencies, as well as holding elected office.
We also provide other education opportunities throughout the year, including our Leadership Summit, and opportunities for connection, including our Home for the Holidays luncheon.
