The HCLA Signature Program

Established in 1991, the HCLA Signature Program is the premier leadership program in Hamilton County. Over the course of 10 months, participants take a deep dive into critically important community issues and build relationships with a wide variety of people who live and work in Hamilton County. Our graduates are knowledgeable, active leaders who serve through involvement with civic groups, non-profits, and government agencies, as well as holding elected office.

The program is open to anyone who lives and/or works in Hamilton County. Applications are currently closed. The application for the Class of 2028 will open in early 2027. If you’d like to stay up-to-date on the application process, interest sessions, and more, join our mailing list!

I am so appreciative of the information I have learned and gathered about the tremendous leaders who work and/or live in Hamilton County. HCLA is a purposeful community-led leadership organization that is intentional with its programming, which maximizes growth and networking opportunities for each individual.

HCLA Class of 2026

HCLA gave me the tools and community “know-how” I needed to take my civic involvement to another level. But, perhaps less expected and even more fulfilling are the personal friendships I’ve made that make my life in Hamilton County all the richer.
