Andrea Marley, Executive Director
amarley@hcla.net

Andrea Marley serves as Executive Director of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. Starting out as Program Coordinator and later Interim Executive Director, she has been with the organization since July 2018.

With a background in the arts, “Andee” is currently enrolled at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, obtaining a Master of Arts in Art Therapy with an emphasis in counseling. She hopes to bridge servant leadership with courage, self-awareness, and healing in her nonprofit work.

“We live in a world in which we need to share responsibility. It’s easy to say “It’s not my child, not my community, not my world, not my problem.” Then there are those who see the need and respond. I consider those people my heroes.” – Fred Rogers
