June 18, 2024 | 11:00 am-1:00 pm | Embassy Suites Noblesville

Join the Hamilton County Leadership Academy for its 11th Annual Leadership Summit for lunch, recognition of the HCLA Distinguished Alumni & Honorary Alumni awards recipients, and a panel on regionalism featuring all four Hamilton County Mayors.

  • Mayor Chris Jensen | City of Noblesville

June BackStage Pass

June 12, 2024 | 3:30 – 5:00 pm | Northbrook Brewing | Arcadia

Join HCLA at the June BackStage Pass as we tour and enjoy networking time with fellow HLCA alumni at the Northbrook Brewing Company in Arcadia. Northbrook Brewing was officially founded in 2018 and proudly opened their doors on August 19, 2023.

Northbrook Brewing is the culmination of years of friendship and shared passion among its founders: Michael, Jenny, and Andrew. Michael and Andrew have been brewing together since their college days. Following graduation, Michael pursued his passion for brewing by working at various breweries around Indianapolis. Meanwhile, Drew worked in sales and as a bartender before transitioning into education. Jenny has been a dedicated pharmacist and pharmacy manager since graduating from college. During this time, the idea and business plan for Northbrook Brewing were born. In 2021, they discovered a building with immense potential for growth in a vibrant community. Securing a small business loan enabled them to purchase equipment and fund part of the build-out. Northbrook Brewing opened last fall with a full lineup of 12 beers on tap, striving for excellence in both beer and hospitality. They are immensely proud of the accomplishments that have been made so far and are excited about continuing to improve and grow.

This tour will allow HCLA alumni to hear more about the Northbrook Brewing story on business development, learn about the brewing process, and sample their beers on tap.

HCLA BackStage Pass programs allow HCLA alumni and class members a chance to see behind the scenes or receive an exclusive tour of new developments and community resources across Hamilton County. HCLA hopes these tours allow you to revisit learning from your HCLA class experience and reconnect with the growth and operations of the county.
