The 2022 Leadership Summit will take place on Tuesday, June 14 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at the Embassy Suites Conference Center in Noblesville. A special alumni networking time will be from 10:30 am-11:00 am to officially welcome the Class of 2022 into the HCLA alumni network.

Join us for lunch, recognition of the HCLA Impact, Distinguished Alumni, and Honorary Alumni award recipients, and learning focused on the changing environment of leadership where you work and volunteer. An interactive, educational panel of past, present, and future voices of HCLA will share words of wisdom on how to navigate the “great resignation” and the changing dynamics of leadership. We will reflect on the past and learn about our present so we can look to the future to identify the role HCLA will play in Hamilton County moving forward.

Our panelists will be Megan Baumgartner, Economic & Community Development Director at City of Fishers; Shelley Bethel, Director of Equity & Inclusion Noblesville Schools, HCLA Class of 2022; Doug Church, Senior Partner Church, Church, Hittle + Antrim; and Diana Coyle, Executive Director HCLA. The panel will be moderated by HCLA Board member, Andrew Bradford.
