Selection Process

Our program is available to Hamilton County residents or those with business or civic activities within the community. The tuition fee of $1,600 may be paid by an employer/sponsor, individual or nonprofit organization. A limited amount of tuition assistance is available for applicants with a financial need.

Program applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to servant leadership in their community and a desire to make a positive impact in Hamilton County.

There are a limited number of program seats available. Applications must be submitted by Thursday, May 31, 2018.

Once the application period has closed, our Selection Committee will meet to review and rank applicants based on the selection criteria.

Selection criteria includes: 

  • Evidence of servant leadership
  • Interest in the community
  • Ability to commit to an intensive program
  • A desire to make a personal impact in the community

In addition to the personal criteria above, we strive to select a class that has both a geographic and professional balance.

Candidates accepted into the program will be notified no later than Aug 1 of each year. We highly recommend blocking session dates on your calendar upon submitting your application to avoid any potential scheduling conflicts.
