Selection Process

Our program is available to Hamilton County residents or those with business or civic activities within this community. The tuition fee of $1,600 (subject to change) may be paid by an employer/sponsor, individual or not-for-profit organization. A limited amount of tuition assistance is available.

Program participants must have a commitment to serve their community and a desire for knowledge in all aspects of life within Hamilton County.

Enrollment is limited and applications must be submitted by June 30.

Our Selection Committee will meet throughout July to review and rank applicants and to check candidate references.

Selection criteria includes evidence of leadership capability, an interest in community affairs, an ability to commit to an intensive program, and a desire for increased personal community service. In addition, we seek to provide a geographic and professional balance within each class.

Candidates accepted into the program will be notified by August of each year.
