The Hamilton County Leadership Academy offers a 10-month program designed to connect servant leaders to their communities. Graduates of the program will have a deeper knowledge and understanding of Hamilton County. They will be more connected to their community and have clarity around making an impact in their own backyard.
Participants are selected on the basis of their experience, leadership potential and desire to serve the community.
NOTICE TO APPLICANTS
Participation in each HCLA class is limited and extremely competitive.
We have found our classes are most successful when they represent a balanced geographic and demographic cross section of Hamilton County. Applications are reviewed by a selection committee using a point system. The selection committee uses this application as its sole source of information about you. Take the time to answer questions thoroughly and thoughtfully to give yourself the best possible chance of being selected.
Applicants who are not selected are encourage to apply again for future classes.
Applications MUST BE SUBMITTED to HCLA by Thursday, May 31. Letters of reference must accompany your application.
Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete your entire online application. You will NOT be able to save and continue it later (many applicants write out their answers in another program and cut and paste them into the application during submission).

Tuition for the 2018-2019 class year is $1,600 and is due prior to the opening retreat on Aug. 23.
