Peggy Hogan

What is your education and work history?

Bachelors degree in Communications and English from The University of Michigan. Current employer Purple Ink-4 years, various part-time jobs and self-employed while kids were little, Recruiter at Campbell-Ewald (5 or so years) Recruiter at National Bank of Detroit (5 or so years)

How long have you lived or worked in Hamilton County?

20 years in December

Tell us about your family.

Married to Tim Hogan 30 years in January. Daughter: Abigail (25), Sons: Riley (21) and Liam (16) Dogs: Max and Lainey

What is your favorite restaurant in Hamilton County?

The Italian House in Westfield

What or who inspires you?

Ted Talks and business books by inspirational thought leaders, John Maxwell, Patrick Lencioni, Susan Cain, Mother Teresa, various saints.

What is one thing we would be surprised to know about you?

I painted pet portraits and did decorative artwork.

 

Brian Bondus

What is your education and work history?

Carmel High School 2009 University of Missouri 2013 Bachelors of Broadcast Journalism, Business Minor and Sales Certificate. WHIO News Center 7 /Cox Media Group Ohio- Dayton 2013-2015 Fox 59/CBS 4 News/Tribune Broadcasting 2015-2018 ALO Property Group Jan 2018-Present

How long have you lived or worked in Hamilton County?

On and off for 28 years.

Tell us about your family.

My mother and father still live in Carmel. My mother is a substitute teacher and tutor and my father is the CFO for a food manufacturer called Park 100 Foods. My sister is 8.5 years older and is an audiologist in Fort Wayne and is very involved in the Junior League there.

What is your favorite thing to do or place to visit in Hamilton County?

Prairie View Golf Club

What or who inspires you?

The memory of my grandfather Ferril Ressinger, former Indianapolis Mayor Bill Hudnut's epitaph and my mentor and business partner, Ralph Balber.

What is one thing we would be surprised to know about you?

I dabble in singing. Sang the National Anthem at a Pacers game in 2016.

 

Brandy Hill

What is your education and work history?

I have a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Ball State University. I worked for Community Hospital Anderson for over 10 years in marketing. In 2017, I became the director of marketing and public relations at Riverview Health.

How long have you lived or worked in Hamilton County?

I have lived in Hamilton County since 2005 and worked in Hamilton County since 2017.

Tell us about your family.

My husband Marc and I have been married for 13 years. We have three boys, Mason, 12, Adam, 10 and Cody, 6.

What is your favorite thing to do or place to visit in Hamilton County?

My favorite place in Hamilton County is the downtown Noblesville area. My family loves to walk or bike through Forest Park to get to downtown, where we enjoy Courtney's Kitchen, Alexander's or Rosie's. We've enjoyed going to the Farmers' Market and spending time at Federal Hill Commons for other events.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

popcorn

Do you have a favorite movie or TV show?

All of the Star Wars movies

 

Stephanie Smith

What is your education and work history?

I have a bachelors degree from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis with a double major in Sociology and Political Science. I worked for several community organizations in my early career including Youth and Family Services, Weyerbacher Terrace, Indy Park and Learning RX. I started my design business in 2010 and started my second business in 2015.

How long have you lived or worked in Hamilton County?

I have lived and worked in Hamilton County for 13 years.

Tell us about your family.

I have a wonderful husband of almost 16 years and 3 children: Caleb (14), Maddie (12) and Ellie (9). Scott is a local attorney in Noblesville and also helps with the day-to-day work of SmithHouse.

What is your favorite thing to do or place to visit in Hamilton County?

My family and I love the walking and bike trails.

What is the last book you read (or your all-time favorite book)?

James Patterson - The Family Lawyer

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

That's easy....pizza

 

Sherry Grate

What is your education and work history?

I received my Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, my Masters/Administration Degree from IUPUI Indianapolis, an Ed.S. & Ed.D. from Ball State University. I have been in education for 30+ years serving as an elementary teacher, principal, central office administrator, assistant superintendent, and now in my 10th year as superintendent (3rd year at Westfield). I have had the opportunity to work in rural, urban, and suburban school districts as well as student teaching near Sydney, Australia.

How long have you lived or worked in Hamilton County?

I have lived and worked in Hamilton County for 2 years.

Tell us about your family.

I have been married to my husband Jay for 25 years and we have 2 adult children Ryan and Paige.

What is your favorite thing to do or place to visit in Hamilton County?

I enjoy the trails in Hamilton County, walking or biking and just relaxing and taking in the beauty of nature!

What is the last book you read (or your all-time favorite book)?

I seem to start several books at one time.....I am currently reading Brain Rules (12 principles for surviving & thriving at work, home, and school) by John Medina

What is one thing we would be surprised to know about you?

I was the first girl to play little league in my small community growing up (center field).

 

Jennifer Maxwell

What is your education and work history?

Bachelor's degree in Music Industry Management from Ferris State University. I've been working in business development and sales for 10+ years with almost 6 years in technology.

How long have you lived or worked in Hamilton County?

3 years.

Tell us about your family.

I am married (Eric) and have one daughter (Kennedy) who is almost 18 months old.

What is your favorite thing to do or place to visit in Hamilton County?

Carmel Arts & Design District

What is the last book you read (or your all-time favorite book)?

1984 by George Orwell

What is one thing we would be surprised to know about you?

I have a giant tattoo on my side.
