HCLA is an 11-month program for professionals who live or work in Hamilton County. Participants begin the program with a two-day opening retreat in August, from September through May participants attend one class session each month focused on a topic connected to operations and community resources in Hamilton County, and then conclude the program with an overnight two-day closing retreat in June.

Graduates of HCLA have:

Gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of Hamilton County.
Cultivate meaningful, life-long connections with their peers, HCLA alumni, and community leaders.
Understand how to best lead to make an impact in their own backyard.
