The Hamilton County Leadership Academy is primarily a community awareness organization. HCLA is dedicated to educating talented individuals to enhance their leadership abilities and contribute those skills to organizations within Hamilton County.
Our selection process begins July 1 and to be a part of it, make sure you submit your appication before June 30. We've provided the following pages to give you an overview of what you will learn as part of our year-long effort to enhance your knowledge about issues facing our community today:
