The Hamilton County Leadership Academy offers participants a unique way to meet and get to know key leaders in our community.
Building relationships is an invaluable part of the Leadership Academy experience.

Our program begins with a 2-day overnight retreat designed to allow participants to get to know each other and create their project teams.
The retreat is followed by monthly program designed to focus on community issues. Curriculum sessions are led by the people most involved in the issues we study. Our Education session features presentations by Hamilton County superintendents. Our Government session introduces class members to elected officials.
Throughout the program, class participants have the opportunity to meet past graduates of our program at our Fall Social, Holiday Luncheon and Spring Breakfast events.
Graduates of our program can continue to connect with other individuals who share their committment to community involvement through our alumni database:
Graduates can also continue their involement with the Leadership Academy by serving on a committee to ensure the continued visiblity and awareness of our program. Please contact us if you would like to be considered to serve on one of the following committees:
